Fuhr mein, tazarotene and almost 2L of kefir everyday. Is anyone on this forum on actual spiro, clascoterone, or another promising topical drug ? Tired of seeing muh just use accutane (my liver enzymes are fucked and ill die if i use it). Drop your experiences, tazarotene had me under a mini breakout but quickly cleared up
