Its quite a risky and niche procedure.

Why do you want infraorbital rim implants? They suck and do nothing for darkness and circles

for dark circles you need to use concealer, while the infraorbital rim implants is aimed to fill the area below your eye and fix eyebags

For the dark circles you need filler to be injected to thicken wall between the thin skin so that the vascularity doesn’t reflect onto it

Filler also fixes negative orbital vector if u inject a couple ml

It’s the much better, safer and cheaper alternative

Another reason to get fat grafting instead of orbital implants

why? i thought implants are needed for support so that your eyelids dont start to melt

lower eyelid fat grafts look very good

Under eye bag rejuvenation surgery Dr Guy Massry

I promise you that you’ll be SO pissed if u pay for orbital rim implants...you’ll wish you spent it on something else

You should just get juvaderm voluma undereye filler lasts 2+ years

But definitively get almond eye surgery. Very very good surgery

(I’ve had all 3 - rim implant, almond eye and fillers there..so I’m qualified to speak on this topic)

but almond eye max = cantho + lower eyelid tightening + infraorbital rim implants ?

if you dont have bone support it wont be as stabble i heard. thus taban always combines with an implant

no?

Almond eye surgery doesn’t include the orbital rim implant. Plus he does an off the shelf one unless you get it custom in which case it’s more expensive. It’s shit either way

It will be fine if you get it...it lasts a long time even without bone support...and it’s not like you have authentic bone support anyway...it’s silicone

almond eye surgery consists in eyelid retraction (lifts the lower eyelid) and infraorbital rim implants (fills the hollow area under eyes).

theese two surgeries are indipendent and can be performed separately

I heard taban often uses a medpor spacer implant for the lower lid, to reduce the exposure of the lower part of the iris, and brings the lid line more up.
