Alternative to lefort-2?

Hi, i was thinking about surgeries for a flat maxilla, lefort 1 will slide the maxilla forward but only the lower portion of the maxilla, would lefort 1 + infraorbital implants be a good alternative, this would provide same effect as lefort 2 (aesthetically) except nasal brigde if im correct?
