As seen in pic 1, the impaction is done on the lower part of the maxilla.

But during quadrangular Lefort more of the maxilla is operated on(as seen in pic 2). Would it be possible to do an impaction higher up or no.

If it is possible would this rotate the lower part of the node up and forward. But if it does do that, then there will be a discrepancy with the uper and lower apart leading to a hump.

I mean just imagine how high up they need to skin your face in order to remove bone there. I mean i guess there are good tools but seems hard

impaction is possible but more challenging since you have to twice cut around the infraorbital foramen. rotation should be possible too but ive read it can become more constricted sometimes

Would the nose also rotate upwards and forwards?

And if it does would cause a big difference between the top half of the nose and the bottom, since the top half wouldn’t of rotated at all since it’s not part of the cut.
