alternative to Losalt/Nosalt

is this a good alternative to Losalt? it has 0 salt and only potassium. It is an alternative product for those who dont live in the UK.

its the same ammount of potassium as Losalt 448 in 1 gram while losalt has 450 in 1.3 grams. Now i need to find out how much should i take it and how ofter. i think at lunch and at dinner 4/5 grams? right?

445 X 5= 2225. twice a day is 4450mgs of potassium per day
