ALTERNATIVE TO MSE

so we all know that the maxilla is a three dimensional, suture, and has to be moved horizontally, forwards, and upwards. But MSE only moves it horizontally, what are some orthodontic appliances that can move the maxilla, horizontally, forwards and upward.

There isn’t one unless there is growth left to be taken advantage of. Not sure if it’s just my area or country, but in my experience orthos care about structure and overall health, but often times they can’t do things because there isn’t predictable growth. Plus the maxilla doesn’t need to go up, it need to come down somewhat
