So since I have a bit of a midface recession, leading to eye bags (recessed infras) and and nasolabial folds. I was opting for lefort 2 but fuck me is that risky, and mostly for people with severe deformities, which I do not have, just a slight recession which impacts my aesthetics. Which midface projection surgeries could I opt for that are less risky with a lower botch rate? (I know all surgeries are risky and there are high botch rates for all, just wondering if there's one other than lefort 2).

i mean you could get fat grafts to undereyes and nasofolds in area where its underprojected. thats what i will be doing.

True, however I've heard that fat grafts for nasolabial folds can make your face look more bloated and round.

its depends on individual case tbh if theres shadowing due to recession in canine fossa like me i think fat grafts is good. if you already have too much face fat in the area then no

my canine fossa is underprojected and i naturally have fuller malar fat pads. thats what causes the nasofolds and shadowing in that area in bad lighting.
Yeah I feel that's same in my case. My nasolabial folds are only super visable in harsh lighting and downward angles.

can never be fully sure i mean im pretty confident thats the cause for me, if you always had recession in that area then fat grafts or pyriform filler can in theory correct it

paranasal implants and infraorbital implants

paranasal implants do not necessarily have to push forward your subnasale region, and can only be used to augment central midface convexity and projection. See here:
