Alternatives to fin/dutasteride that are actually effective?

I’m struggling to source fin/dut in the uk without paying for a bs private prescription. Is there any effective alternatives that work just as well at blocking dht? I already take minoxidil but I was under the assumption that it only stimulates hair growth and can’t prevent androgenic alopecia from roids.

If you do roids then you cant skip dht blocking or you’ll lose your hair, ru58841 is a topical anti androgen that is not fin or dut but still works but on roids it won’t be enough, if you were naturally balding i would say maybe. If you can get steroids then dutasteride won’t be a difficulty
