This guys result on reddit is the best most unfrauded facepulling result out there. His maxillary development is clear but my question is HOW DID HIS ALVEOLAR RIDGE MOVE FORWARD

this is a CLEAR difference. I understand how maxillary development can lead to overall mandible protraction but doesnt his ridge look distinctly and independantly forward? his mental lump(chin lump) is significantly altered and decreased. And while there is SOME fat stored in that chin area, with him being as lean as he was in the first image I am pretty sure its not a result of fatloss. You can see the ridge is moved forward and im stumped

Does anyone know why this occured?

i would say so but the chin doesnt really store much fat on the front like that in the first place. But most of all, it doesnt exactly shrink, it more changes shape
