no. the starch needs to be gelatinised so it digests easier

it will ferment in your colon and rest of digestive system and bacteria produce endotoxin otherwise

also other bad things happen when it is resistant

retard alert ladies and gentlemen we have spotted a retard

u do realize its called resistant starch for a reason right? the point IS to be resistant to digestion, so that when it makes it to ur large intestine it can feed the gut microbes and FERMENT which is GOOD - producing SCFAs like butyrate, acetate, propionate - ALL beneficial for gut barrier integrity

AND.... DESTROYED.

wrong

rice = grains

asdvek said grains are bad

he's a science guy

@asdvek
oh he believes in science?

can asdvek instruct me why carnivore gives u diarrhea cuz of no fiber, scientifically then explain why blood pressure, cholesterol, and heart disease increase eating meat only 🤔🤔

This is quite an easy answer.

It's so easy he doesn't even need to answer it.

resistance to digestion isn't good it's inefficient

when you dont let it digest in small intestine and let it ferment you are losing the food literally

and the fermentation isn't benign, are you retarded? you're just repeating the same textbook jewish pubmed points, did you use chatgpt?

it's not benign because it also produces endotoxin (just ignore my point theory), lactic acid and gases that mess with your digestive system which all raise serotonin and other inflammatory mediators

butyrate can have some protective effects, being an energy source for colon cells and in some situations lowering inflammation, but they don't depend on chronic bacterial raping, can get them from normal oxidative metabolism and co2 production in a healthy intestine

"muh fermentation = butyrate = good" is so retarded because the intestine doesn't rely on putrefaction. propionate and other acids fuck your metabolism

butyrate is good but it's not like the only path is letting bacteria ferment in your stomach, which will rape you with endotoxin and lactic acid

we evolved to eat digestible and indigestible carbs, how is that 'inefficient' - thats literally the definition of efficient - LOL RETARD.

no... u are feeding the gut microbes + creating an environment that literally pulls toxins out of the colon by forming a gel thx to any insoluble fiber
and the fermentation isn't benign, are you retarded? you're just repeating the same textbook jewish pubmed points, did you use chatgpt?
wooop get iq mogged = blame chat gpt
it's not benign because it also produces endotoxin (just ignore my point theory), lactic acid and gases that mess with your digestive system which all raise serotonin and other inflammatory mediators
as a matter of fact........ endotoxins are a byproduct of bacterial cell walls, NOT fermentation.

in FACT.... when you produce more SCFAs, you lower the amount of endotoxins due to lower BAD LPS species in ur intestine
butyrate can have some protective effects, being an energy source for colon cells and in some situations lowering inflammation, but they don't depend on chronic bacterial raping, can get them from normal oxidative metabolism and co2 production in a healthy intestine
um according to.............?

how do colon cells get enough energy from glucose oxidation alone? LOL. THEYRE STARVING.
"muh fermentation = butyrate = good" is so retarded because the intestine doesn't rely on putrefaction. propionate and other acids fuck your metabolism
actually they improve hepatic lipid metabolism and reduce cholesterol synthesis, mirin cope nonsense tho.
butyrate is good but it's not like the only path is letting bacteria ferment in your stomach, which will rape you with endotoxin and lactic acid
SCFAs reduce endotoxins... read a paper or two bub.

how do colon cells get enough energy from glucose oxidation alone? LOL. THEYRE STARVING.
and this is why i think you're using chatgpt, did you even read my post?
butyrate can have some protective effects, being an energy source for colon cells
besides that chatgpt messup, colonocytes get most of their energy from circulating glucose and their own oxidative metabolism (in a healthy person)

if fermentation is the main energy source that proves the intestine is hypoxic or energy deficient
we evolved to eat digestible and indigestible carbs, how is that 'inefficient' - thats literally the definition of efficient - LOL RETARD.
feeding intestinal bacteria is natural? when you say that it's like you're forgetting we also evolved for the ability to extract energy with minimal waste and bacterial interference

early humans weren't thriving because their colons were fermenting, it was because their small intestines could digest and assimilate nutrients whilst keeping bacterial under control
no... u are feeding the gut microbes + creating an environment that literally pulls toxins out of the colon by forming a gel thx to any insoluble fiber
idea that bacterial fermentation "pulls toxins out" is based on the same reasoning that says rotting compost cleans itself

the gut's mucus and barrier intergrity depend on adequate metabolism/co2 not bacterial activity
the insoluble fibers that increase bacteria and gas production stimulate peristalsis but also increase endotoxin by permastimulating nervous system

as a matter of fact........ endotoxins are a byproduct of bacterial cell walls, NOT fermentation.
of course lps comes from cell walls.... but please tell me what fermentation does. it increases the amount of gram negative bacteria..... you're a fucking retard with no room for interpretation

when you rape your intestine with stuff you can't digest easily you're gonna have more bacteria turnover, which guess what, increases lps

why do you say that i say fermentation = more lps
when it's very obvious to anyone who isn't a drooling retarded baby that i mean fermentation = ^^bacteria turnover = more endotoxin
in FACT.... when you produce more SCFAs, you lower the amount of endotoxins due to lower BAD LPS species in ur intestine
even if scfas transiently reduce inflammation (which you caused from the consequences of production of scfas) the underlying condition is suboptimal

it's like using lactic acid as an energy source in hypoxic conditions, it keeps the cell alive but it's a sign of stress not health
actually they improve hepatic lipid metabolism and reduce cholesterol synthesis, mirin cope nonsense tho.
and the same as last point applies to "muh lipid metabolism is better"

all of the reported effects are just stress adaptation, inhibiting cholesterol synthesis and increased oxidation along with energy scarcity

when your metabolism is normal (from digesting food) the liver will regulate lipids and detoxify endotoxin by itself, not relying on a transient boost from muh bacteria

i'm not saying all fermentation is bad, but your intestine shouldn't be dependent on it

healthy intestine will digest what it eats, not be hypoxic and control bacteria overgrowth (avoiding endotoxin in the first place instead of treating with muh scfas)

your body should be doing this stuff itself not relying on bacteria

and this is why i think you're using chatgpt, did you even read my post?

besides that chatgpt messup, colonocytes get most of their energy from circulating glucose and their own oxidative metabolism (in a healthy person)

if fermentation is the main energy source that proves the intestine is hypoxic or energy deficient
the colon is anaerobic, colonocytes rely on butyrate for energy and will shift to anaerobic glycolysis when deprived of butyrate WHICH not only produces less energy but also more inflammation
feeding intestinal bacteria is natural? when you say that it's like you're forgetting we also evolved for the ability to extract energy with minimal waste and bacterial interference

early humans weren't thriving because their colons were fermenting, it was because their small intestines could digest and assimilate nutrients whilst keeping bacterial under control
false.... our ancestors literally ate 100+ grams of fermentable fiber and resistant starch and our cecum and colon are larger than those of obligate carnivores because of the fermentative capacity
idea that bacterial fermentation "pulls toxins out" is based on the same reasoning that says rotting compost cleans itself
insoluble fiber forms gels that literally pull shit out of ur intestines (toxins) like gum would, has nothing to do with fermentation dumb fuck
the gut's mucus and barrier intergrity depend on adequate metabolism/co2 not bacterial activity
SCFAs upregulate mucus and tight junction proteins and promote Treg cell mediated tolerance, when u remove ferementation u weaken these signals - i would KNOW personally.
the insoluble fibers that increase bacteria and gas production stimulate peristalsis but also increase endotoxin by permastimulating nervous system
insoluble fiber doenst increase LPS species retard, it adds bulk and speeds transit of stool
of course lps comes from cell walls.... but please tell me what fermentation does. it increases the amount of gram negative bacteria..... you're a fucking retard with no room for interpretation
are u even paying attention? fermentation promotes good bacteria and lowers gram negative bacteria
when you rape your intestine with stuff you can't digest easily you're gonna have more bacteria turnover, which guess what, increases lps
more bullshit ... if LPS is abundant already then your barrier integrity is raped and ur entering systemic endotoxemia territory.
when u increase SCFAs u dont have this problem because ur gut barrier is maintained.
why do you say that i say fermentation = more lps
when it's very obvious to anyone who isn't a drooling retarded baby that i mean fermentation = ^^bacteria turnover = more endotoxin
more SCFA = stronger gut barrier = no LPS leakage
even if scfas transiently reduce inflammation (which you caused from the consequences of production of scfas) the underlying condition is suboptimal
mirin concession.
it's like using lactic acid as an energy source in hypoxic conditions, it keeps the cell alive but it's a sign of stress not health

when your metabolism is normal (from digesting food) the liver will regulate lipids and detoxify endotoxin by itself, not relying on a transient boost from muh bacteria
the liver detoxifies LPS but SCFAs lower LPS entry by tightening junctions and reinforcing mucus
i'm not saying all fermentation is bad, but your intestine shouldn't be dependent on it
thats literally what the colon is built for RETARD LOL
healthy intestine will digest what it eats, not be hypoxic and control bacteria overgrowth (avoiding endotoxin in the first place instead of treating with muh scfas)
once again ur forgetting there's two intestines for a reason....
your body should be doing this stuff itself not relying on bacteria
yet we evolved to expect microbial metabolites

DNR cause ur wrong and im right

because im healthier than you lol
