always fucking bloated

no matter how well I sleep or how I well I eat, my skin always looks so ass im bloated ash nose big cuz of bloat.

Maybe cuz I have severe allergies? All I want in this life is just to have a lean glowing face, my bones are decent.

Might just starve for a month atp

i don’t wanna give you cope but the methods that helped me look less bloated was just doing cardio whenever possible. like instead of driving to the gym, just walk but don’t bike, biking gives slower and less progress. if cardio doesn’t work your genetics are just cheeks
