literally the most normal thing for a teenager in puberty is to be always hungry and horny, if i were you i would eat as much red meat, organs and eggs as possible but on low heat, milk and all types of berries (esp blueberries)

If you are 15 and hungry you HAVE to eat. Just dont eat bad foods that willl fuck your facial and overall body development, but yea you have to eat if ur 15
