I use normal double bladed disposable razors but I HAVE to shower beforehand and then use cleanser and moisturizer afterwards or else I get bad razor bumps

People who have issues shaving is mostly due to preparation and after care errors and/or technique. Most people do not use hot enough water and they don't use enough foam or gel. They also don't stretch their skin and very slowly glide the razor on the surface of the skin. I see some guys shave and it looks like they're descaling a fish or something with how they rapidly move the razor, pressed right up on their face.
You also must cleanse afterwards and then dry your face with a clean dedicated face towel. Using a towel that you use for showering is a bad idea.
