Always pimples on the same spot everytime

on the bottom right side of my face there’s always these pimples that come and go, in march it started with a bad breakout which lasted till the summer, till it finally cleared and there was just scarring, then now it came back, I use tretinoin in that specific area every night and idk how to clear it, I don’t get acne anywhere else (I wash my pillow case)
