when you're 10-12% bf, you can maingain and build muscle

but if youre not, you must aggressive cut while resistance training (to maintain as much muscle mass as possible) and eating high protein

LEAN face always best even if you lose some muscle. u need to be lean 24/7

True, being higher body fat and close to obese shows you have extra NüüüTrients and better absorption of vitamins and minerals, high IQ

I don’t like getting lean cause it hurts, atp Reta might just be the strat
