Every time a girl approaches me or wants something from me I usually reject them as I think "There are so much better guys she could get or pick". It's not that I think that I'm better than them or even attractive it's just simply that. Before I finished school a actually good looking girl asked me if I wanted to go to prom with her but I refused because I thought "There are so much better guys she could go with" and then I ended up not even going there. Do you guys have any tips how I could deal with this?

Sounds like impostor symdrome or something like that with a bit of difference, you do not think you are worthy of love, low self esteem, etc

I would advise exposure - to go out, or therapy
