Do you think stress? I don't have any grey beard hairs and am 22. My dad keeps mentioning them cause he dyes his hair all the time. Like every month or 2 months at least. It's kinda pissing me off but he said it makes me more mature looking probably cause I used to get asked for my ID all the time when I was 18 to 21 mainly

It means you're getting wise.

I am the same age, do you live a stressful life? This seems pretty damn early to be getting greys.

I seen some guys get grey hairs as early as 18 years of age so stress is definitely involved

Yeah man that's true, if it is bothering you and you think stress may be involved, there are two routes you can go down to mitigate any epigenetic effects of stress on your hair.

Firstly, you can identify any source of stress in your day to day life and solve the problem or reduce exposure to it. The other route you could go is to take a supplement like ashwaghanda, I remember on the forums ages ago it being deployed to lower cortisol and even increase testosterone slightly, I'll link a study just for credibility.

I guess you could also just dye your hair but that would only be treating the symptom, keeping in mind that we can verify whether stress is actually the root cause but yeah.
