I am around 90-91kg, so I should drop to 84-85kg right?

you have absolutely zero business cutting, 90kg is a lot only if you are normie height, only reason you look lanky and weak is because you have zero muscle mass aswell as fat

people giving you 17-20 estimates are literally fucking braindead. you could slowly put on a clean 10 kilograms of muscle and they would estimate you at 10% jfl. you look like a plank from the side, absolutely no fat. i suggest bulk, or lean-bulk if you absolutely despise the idea of gaining any fat
