face wise. You can become become Chadlite. By getting very smooth, good skin and skin tone. PLus a better hairstyle than the one in that red shirt. Plus wider neck.

Now, with your haight f you don't grow more. You would lose like 0.5 PSL point, But I think you can get NO deduction, by haveing quit a good and lean gym body

copingvolcel and makkingithappen made a neck training thread. There is also plenty neck training info out there on the internets and youtube.

Bit above average, gymaxxing is very worth it for you (assuming you arent manlet height)
