Honestly not not as bad as it could be. Currently you barely even break 4PSL (would probably rank you a solid 3 atm) but your base actually isn't too bad. It has some potential to ascend from some hardmaxxing and softmaxxing

First thing to note is that you have a good skull shape. Relatively flat back and some okay amount of forward growth (nothing spectacular but not bad)

Your biggest failos are :

Your skin looks less smooth than a small pox patient, clear it up
Your jaw looks a bit recessed, you look awfully young so you might want to pick up mewing to help guide your facial development
Your cheeks aren't that prominent leaving your under eye area to be a tad weak, there are various ways to treat this whether it be through filler, implants, fat grafting, or in your case there's a chance they might fill out with some age (again mewing is encouraged to ensure proper development
Your weird stare, stop it, it makes you look confused and aspie

Have a soft morph with all these failos in mind

Looks a bit better but still has some noticeable acne. Again like some of the other things I pointed out there's a chance it might clear up with a bit of age since you seem well into puberty atm. But if it doesn't you could always look into tretinoin
