my jaw is pretty small / recessed in general, but I don't have an obvious overbite. if i jut my jaw forward, the ramus seems to be much more defined and the stretched out my skin more, but my lower jaw surpasses my upper jaw. would my upper jaw need to be advanced as well?
also, since my mandible is rotated downwards, will I need a ccw bimax? my gonial angle is ideal atm but the jaw is just rotated too far back.
