am i a candidate for palate expansion im 14 yrs old

i already go to a orthodontist but they don’t offer anything for narrow airways and i had a complaint about my palate possibly being to narrow and said mine is perfectly wide. i do also have breathing problems had them my entire life.

Doesn’t looo too narrow and doesn’t look wide, I’d say few mm expansion is needed considering u said u have breathing problems
