In my opinion your close to one but not really rember its never over. One thing you can do if yoyr trying to play it safe would be just working out your shoulders,lats,traps and neck but you can take a step further and inject filler on to them if your that despret you can buy testosterone gel balls or gel tablets whatever there call but put the gel on them but not to much but one thing to determine is to get another person with you and getting a marker amd you stand in front of a wall and press your whole body on the wall and get them to put a dot on each side of your shoulders on the very end and measuring it with a tape measured and searching up the average size for your age and height and weight and body fat percentage and for finding pit your body fat percentage search up body fat calculated and then you will find out if you are a framlet or not
