Currently leanmaxing to 10% bodyfat im 6’2 and 69kg so quite skinny and around 13-14% bf now.

Been considering buccal fat removal for a very long time.

aqualyx can be done at home and its alot cheaper but i think your problem is a flat/recessed maxilla, if you send your side profile i can tell u if its that or just facial fat

Fasted Cardio

No excess sugars

If still no results - BFR time

Here is 72kg 1 month ago vs today. Slight difference maybe but could be that i ate more sodium or lots of carbs etc in the first pic.

In a pretty big defecit now untill may. If i dont like how i look in may im bulking back up to 72kg and getting BFR in july.

Bulking cus im scared they will reject me at that place if i show up too skinny.

They already agreed to do it but thats when i was 73kg

leanmaxx for now it should be enough once you get to the 10% then start considering Bucal

Seems extreme tho so doubt ill ever do it. But i also think my malar fatpads dont help the look

It ages you pretty bad. People don't realise that shrinking fat pads are part of the aging process, so you're only accelerating it.

I think jordan looks better now than he did when he had that bloated look. That pic of him on the right is the worst you can find and usually the one people use in examples. He dosent actually look like that
