Some of these I'm more tired than others. Fillers migrate which fucking sucks. And I don't wnat implants because I do kickbxoing and its no fun to fight with implants. I can get fat grafts dome for the under eyes for like $1000

no, you already have fat under it. you have no tear troughs or darkness. only implants could improve your vector which you obviously wont get, and would be overkill imo as you're already neutral which is fine.
