Am I a late bloomer?

Im 17 years old, nearly 18 for reference. A year ago I had basically 5 or so ultra fine armpit hairs and now theyre starting to get a little bit thicker and darker, although its still a tiny patch and isnt fully thick at all . I also in the last month have started developing a trail of fine hair from my belly button to my pubic hair. Does this mean I might still be in development, and it wont be a waste to take an aromatase inhibitor?

If the males in your family are generally hairy in those areas you can prob grow till 21 maybe
