Am I a Late Bloomer?

Im 16 and i have always looked atleast 2 years younger than most people in my year. Whilst my friends are getting full beards, I'm over here still without any armpit hair whatsoever and absolutelty no facial hair. My mother is 6ft and my dad is 5'11 and i think he may of been a late bloomer but I'm unsure. I have grown 2 -3 inches in the past year and now i am at 5'11. I believe i first got darker pubes when i was around 15, can anyone tell me if im a late bloomer and what that means for my height ?

You are 100% a late bloomer and all the hair stuff will just spawn in guaranteed.

Youll probably grow some more but to be sure and know how much you will grow just do a xray and ask the doctors but prob a few more inches.
