My Midface is naturally a lil long without philtrum but including the philtrum it’s a normal flaw, if I had a normal philtrum length it would be .96 which is normal range. Currently at .92

your lips need to be more wide and your nose needs to be smaller

Hydrocortisone on nose
in particular on the tip of your nose

and get some surgery for wider lips/mouth

Your mouth to nose ratio is completly fucked

But you look good solid MTN i would say

My upper lip is ahead of my lower, meaning the philtrum is quite literally too long that it has to overlap, my bite is normal too
