You look good enough to be at least a strong MTN, so mental definitely is playing a part.

Your hair is a tad bit on the wispy side so some of sort of volumizing product will help. A transplant can thicken your hair provided again you are on fin.

eliminate anxiety. shrooms do that same, just with 0 side effects but no that strong - they are ideal if your anxiety is mild/moderate. Your looks high so ssri would be better choice imo.
Microdosing shrooms wont trigger anything (0.15-0.25g) - its only on high doses 4g+ people can experience clusterfuck if they have hidden diseases.
