I swear my face goes from ugliest nigga in the world to like mid ltn, at random points in the day, am i just a narcy and delusional subhuman or does your face change alot during the day?

BDD can cause misperceptions of the reality you breathe in when u look into the mirror. It can also make u feel like you're on top of the world some days and very ugly the next which might ruin your entire day if u are ugly vs if u are htn+ with bdd, same shit different story.

the morning after shitty interrupted sleep: bloated and pale with shit skin or non-bloated and pale with shit skin
morning after good uninterrupted sleep: a little bloated and tan with smooth skin

assuming I get good sleep, throughout the day I gradually start looking better until the uhh like 10-12hr mark then I start looking bloated and my face starts looking paler with shitty skin

with shitty sleep, I just look like shit the whole day
