Maybe try reduce water retention, you have a good base but you can elevate it, try orthotropics aswell they worked for me, I'd highly recommend chewing mastic gum aswell

The main one is to reduce salt content of foods and drinking 3+ liters of water a day will make it so it is constantly being flushed out so your body doesn't hold onto as much
