Am I a norwood 2 and how to prevent further loss?

Im 19 my hairline has pretty much always been like this since being pretty young. I dont think its really gotten worse but my forehead is pretty large and was wondering if there is anything i can do to reduce the size and give the appearance of a healthier hairline?
