How the fuck do I smalltalk with women and with my family it all seems so fucking retarded and cringe.
Like it’s not impossible to have a conversation but I lack the skill to keep it going and actually getting a girlfriend.
Am I a retarded autist or is this common?
Also I have to build courage to speak like a normal person to people I go to the same class with and I can’t hold eye contact for more than 2 seconds because it feels gay as fuck to stare into another man’s eyes and I just cringe.
Plan scenarios in my head before I talk to women.
All I care about is acending my looks and the gym.
So am I a ND retard and how can I overcome this?
