Am I a surgery first candidate?

i want to get bimax to ascend my lips and make my nose go from slightly downturned to straight asf.

I’m consulting with Pagnoni. I know he usually says surgery first is okay but that seems to be a little problematic since he seems to be very liberal about who can do it.

And if I do have a bite issue… could I technically pull my jaws forward at equal advancement without getting braces?

If your bite is good and you have occlusion it’s possible to advance without braces
