idk but i can collect a lot fat on my face and push it all over my face its horrifyingtbh you seem to have a good maxilla that means that your mid face bone (maxilla) cannot be pushed forward in order to fix nose arc so I would say this could only be done by rhinoplasty
idk how much bf are you at but I would say that losing fat could help around the nose area if there is fat around it![]()
