Rhino and whatever form of underbite correction your orthodontist would recommend you would most likely put you a good bit above average.

Not completely over, anyone who tells you so is low iq. Yes your nose, lips, and mandible are clearly fucked, but the hardest part of your face to ascend (eye area) is relatively good. Rhinoplasty, lip lifts or lip implantation, or even lip filler, double jaw surgery with some chin filler, however preferably PEEK Implantations. If you're not up for any procedures as majority of people in this community are then I recommend just staying lean and dying your eyebrows darked. Your rating: l ltn
