Sorry man you're just LTN. MTN+ is impossible with that lower third. I will say your hair is good, and your eye area can be worked with. You will atleast be MTN+ after leanmaxxing / hardmaxxing.

Long midface, lower third is short in proportion to your midface. Chin to philtrum is not ideal and your jaw is narrow.

Looking at your side from this thread, I do think atleast a BSSO+genio is necessary. Possibly a Lefort.

I want to get cosmetic surgery but my psychiatrist tells me I have body dysmorphia?

I just want to fix my recessed chin but he tells me that it's all in my head.what should I do?

Implants wise, there's a lot to address. Your orbital is recessed, you will most likely need infraorbital/supraorbital implants. Possibly even malar implants due to the degree of recession, but I would talk to a user more knowledgeable than me.

You will need a jaw angle implant afterwards. Your ramus is short and your gonions are narrow from the front.

Although a Bimax (BSSO+Lefort) will make your nose appear better, I think a revision rhino may still be necessary.

After all is done, then you should theoretically be MTN. But this is a lot of money, if you're in the states you may be able to at least get the Bimax covered by insurance.

Implants wise you should go to Pagnoni btw. Great surgeon and he won't be bluepilled like the ones in your area.
