I wash my hair every like 4 days and I put coconut oil in it to see if it'll grow but it's still dry

Use a rich scalp lotion for scalp ph during before ur next shower (except when exercising) and u are set, I and my dad use " FREEZING " lotion + shampoo specialised for greesy hairs, his norwood 3 stopped his ripping evolution since and he is low T with his belly fat and his dad was bald, ideally greesy hairs should be washed each 3 days

You are already at norwood 3 it's over, Get a hair transplant only way. If you were younger and tried to fix the balding problem before you could have stopped it but you followed the blue pill
