do dutasteride and oral minoxidil. Also other vitamins as well. Assuming your health is in good standing condition, i wouldnt be to worried sbout organs not functioning properly unless youve been disgnosed with something. Biotin, collagen, zinc, vitamin c, vitamin d. These are all basic viatmins to help keep hair and even promote it

Yes, as long ss you stay on the regimen and dont stop. Dutssteride snd minoxidil are one of those medications where you need to stay on it or your hair will go back to how it was
