i am at the point of body dysmorphia where my face doesn't even look like a face to me anymore lol. i have no idea, can someone tell me ? currently eating like 600 calories a day

No you'll gain muscles on your bones. Obviously dont eat 5000 kcal unless you're like 7 foot tall

Use one of those calorie calculators online. You're a bit shorter than me and I eat around 3200 to lean bulk. Like 2800-3000 might be a good start and see how your weight and bf% changes.
