tbh cat pp seems like high e but its the opposite.when i put cat pp suddenly i start getting over 25kills everymatch on cs and be a god awp player who carries the team.but it has negative sides: makes a person seem like high e and low t and makes the person rude because you got cat pp and cat does whatever cat wants.
