dont be an asshole and try to make small talk as much as possible. purposefully put yourself in situations where youre forced to be social like working at a restaurant, going to a club, hanging out with people you dont normally hang out with. the mentality you should have is that if you hesitate to do ts and be high inhib youre gonna live a truecel life even if you have an above average face and good height.
