You could try mt1 let your hair grow get a surgery for lower eyebrows and canthal tilt and maybe accutane for your nose or nose surgery because you have a big nose tip maybe worry about your philitrum aswell but it’s not that bad and get more zygos prominence like the front because it looks flat but you are still very good looking dude
