Am I considered disabled/deformed

NOT BY THIS SITE'S STANDARDS. What I mean is if it's possible that an average person (for example my coworkers) thinks I'm disabled? I keep getting constantly asked (completely unprovoked) if I have some type of condition, usually something mental like autism even though I behave completely normally. I can't manage to blend in despite taking care of myself. I have to assume it's my under eyes' fault making me look extremely ill. The treatment keeps getting weirder with age.
