start by getting a suiting haircut, i would recomend gettig a perm, breath on ur nose, also watch mewing tutorials from baby stickley, do chin tucks, lower ur sodium intake, increase potassium intake, drink like 2-3 liters of water DAILY, do gua sha, and stuff like that. thease are some of the softmaxx habbits i bet u will look better, but dont expect a drastic change

Do not start accutane its too harsh and over kill for your acne just focus on gymmaxing and start pharmamaxing for bone mass via alboteratide, infagrinitab and HGH if your still not satisfied or simply want more nearing tanner late tanner stage 5 start roidmaxing for dimorphism.
These will matter far more than your acne.
