your 175 cm approx

try using glucosamine = preserves morning height 1 to 2 cm approx

a bit of spinal decompression through stretching + postural correction 2 to 3 cm approx @Sayori said it worked for him worked for me too

may be add more volume to hair to fraud 1 to 2 cm

6 cm insoles


minimum 186 cm foids will not doubt it


for face just get lean theory

may be some fat dissolvers

this must be enough to get a slay

limit insoles to 4 cm must be easy to go up to 182 cm do lipovela or aqualyx / or go up to 13 % least if you don't do these looksmaxing ain't for you

for dat just wear shoes which already add 2 to 4 cm without adding insoles lol , must not be a genius to find out
