it takes 5m to make a mouth splint for $25 a year. @cranium.autist on tiktok has a video on how to make it. herefuck that shit sounds smart asf. should i get a mouth guard rn?
So what is the routine? 30 seconds thumbpull full force forward and then wear mouthguard for several hours?
i need maxilly forward growth so hard.
i did i think 30m total of different thumbpulling variations a day, but 1-5m laterally would work just as well, then you go wear your bite splint. if you're trying to get forward growth it's important to fix your other issues too, since your maxilla might develop asymmetrically. @cranium.autist has a few videos on those techniques but if your posture, walk, or skull have more than minor asymmetries, try to do those exercises 3-4x a week?
just kinda feel the shape of your skull, spine, hips, etc and see if there's anything out of place like one side is more projected or isn't really symmetrical, then try to correct those issues. stretching also fixes a lot of your body asymmetries and it feels AMAZING to do too.
