Am I cooked if at 5,8 17 I haven’t gotten a good height increase in a year or more and also had spine problems since forever??? If not what can I do I’m already heavily considering doing a stack.
I want to be taller I don’t want to be a small unsmasculine chud
my mom is like 5,4 or 5,5 I think and my dad 5,10

5’8 is the bare minimum to be treated as human be grateful you aren’t a manlet. You can easily fraud 5’10

Assuming you've got average posture, you can squeze out an extra inch and then fraud 5'10. Height lifts will follow you to the grave bro, be thankful you're not 5'2

Atleast ur 5'8 bru some ppl would kill for that. Realistically ye ur cooked mayb u will get a growth spurt talk to ur doctor or smth
