Yeah but you can ascend pretty easily: Diet of red meat, eggs, animal fats, and raw milk aswell as salmon cleared my skin in a week your case is more severe so it may take you longer. Gym: simple push pull go on reddit and look for a basic split. I can't really tell if your balding if you are get on finasteride and minoxidil and get a dermastamp. You have a lean face even with 20+ bf and going off the old pic of you you can absolutely get to Cl with softmaxxing also try derma+minoxdill on the brows for dark+dense aswell as gettin a dermatologist for acne scars and they will prob give you a retinoid This is a shortened guide DO NOT HAVE ANY SURGERYS BEFORE YOU FINISH SOFTMAXXING hope this helps)

ty bro ik all of these and I'm trying to start doing them + i went to a dermatologist and she gave me accutane but didn't give md fin and minoxidil since i had anemia so she assumed that may be the reason why im balding
