being hairmaxxed adds massive halo and it's a must for every guy especially if you're under CL.
as I said I can't really judge right now since you're pretty bloated and have a lot of acne but I'm pretty sure if you got lean and achieved good skin and hairmaxxed you could maybe reach low-mid htn.
